Unopened Mosie Baby products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your kit must be sealed in its original packaging and undamaged. We cannot refund opened kit boxes, even if the product inside remains unopened. Any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout is non-refundable.

To start a return, email mosie@mosiebaby.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will reply with next steps. Please do not ship anything to us until our support team has provided instructions.
Did your product arrive damaged or defective?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email mosie@mosiebaby.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please hold onto the item and packaging while our support team reviews it. We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
